This hotel is in a fantastic location. It’s within walking distance of many businesses and the street it’s on isn’t wildly busy. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and clean. Our room was spacious and even though we didn’t get a room with a view, the rooftop is covered in astroturf so it’s not unpleasant to look at. I loved that our room had a steamer rather than an iron. It made getting the wrinkles out of my clothes so much easier than when I have to lug out an iron and a shoddy ironing board that refuses to close. I also appreciated the makeup remover wipe and the shower cap in the restroom. It was a nice touch. The valets were great and the scent that greeted us at the desk was lovely. My daughter immediately recognized that it smells like one of my perfumes so it almost felt like a personalized experience.

The hotel was very nice aesthetically--modern finishes, beautiful bar area. The bed was quite comfortable, being the firmest of the three hotels during this trip. Loved that there was an ice machine on every floor. The room was spacious, and though we didn't have a downtown view, I'd argue the view from our room facing away from downtown was much better. The location was excellent--relatively quiet corner of the city with access to the park and attractions downtown. The hotel was also essentially on top of the Tunnels which came in handy on a particularly hot day. There were also ample cheaper parking facilities nearby (much cheaper than the valet offered by the hotel) if you're willing to lug your bags one or two blocks.

Greeted by great curb appeal, Friendly, smiling valet employees, and a beautiful lobby. There was a fully stocked candy bar in the lobby each afternoon, which was a nice surprise. The room was very comfortable. Overall property was very upscale. There was a $20/day destination fee included in our pre-paid amount that the hotel credits towards charges to your room (ie: bar, food, etc), which was a welcomed surprise! I tried some signature drinks and my kids tried different gelato flavors with our daily credits. All good experiences!

We loved this hotel! It is in the perfect location within walking distance downtown, particularly the theater district. My daughter and I walked everywhere that we went once we were at the hotel and felt safe, though we were cautious around the parks once it was dark. The hotel is beautiful, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Our room was a great size for just one night, and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely book a stay here again!!

Tanya

The entire was great , very professional, friendly, and professional. I would like to extend a special thank to Rosie, who assisted in the morning during breakfast. She was very courteous and professional. She constantly checked on me since I was having breakfast in the outdoor garden. She was also very helpful with some questions I had about the city of Houston. Thank you,

Luke
